The General Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement of AS TBB pank will change

We would like to inform you that from 30.06.2024 (for business clients) and from 30.07.2024 (for private clients) the General Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Deposit Agreement of AS TBB pank will change.

General Terms and Conditions:

• The numbering in sections 1, 6, 16, and 20 has been changed.
• Added sections 1.5, 6.3.1, 6.5, 16.5.1, 20.2.2.
• Section 20.2.1 has been supplemented.

Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement

• The numbering in section 1 has been changed.
• The numbering in the section OTHER TERMS has been changed.
• Clause 1.2 has been added.
• Section 6 SPECIAL TERMS OF THE TERM DEPOSIT, clauses 6.1 and 6.2, have been removed.

If you agree with the changes, you don’t need to do anything else. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the existing agreement(s) concluded with the bank no later than the General Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement come into force. If you do not notify the bank of your wish to terminate the agreement, we will consider that you have agreed to the changes and as of 30.06.2024 (for business clients) and 30.07.2024 (for private clients), the new General Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement will apply to the concluded agreement(s).
