The General Terms and Conditions of AS TBB pank will change

We would like to inform you that from 11.05.2024 (for business clients) and from 11.06.2024 (for private clients) the General Terms and Conditions of AS TBB pank will change.

General Terms and Conditions are supplemented with clauses 1.5 – 1.9, which contain the right of the Bank to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the Credit Agreement to a third party (transferee of the contract).

If you agree with the changes, you don’t need to do anything else. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the opportunity to terminate the business customer agreement entered into with the bank no later than the General Terms and Conditions come into force. If you do not notify the bank of your wish to terminate the agreement, we will consider that you have agreed to the changes and as of 11.05.2024 (for business clients) and 11.06.2024 (for private clients), the new General Terms and Conditions will apply to the concluded agreement(s).
