We would like to inform you that from 15.03.2021 the general terms and conditions of AS TBB Pank will change.
In the General Terms and Conditions, we have changed the term for prior notification of business customers’ general terms and conditions, product terms and conditions and the price list. Thereafter, the Bank shall notify business customers of changes to the General Terms and Conditions, Product Terms and Conditions and the Price List by displaying these changes/new versions in the Bank’s offices and on the Bank’s website at least one (1) month before the change enters into force.
If you agree to the changes, you don’t need to do anything else. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the opportunity to terminate the agreement(s) concluded with the bank no later than March 14, 2021. If you do not notify us of your wish to terminate the agreement(s), we will consider that you have agreed to the changes and the new general terms and conditions of the agreement(s) entered into with you will apply from 15 March 2021.
