Special offers for housing acquisition

A home loan is designed for the building, purchasing or renovation of a property, intended for being used for accommodation. The collateral for lending is the purchased property. For all new home loan agreements for which applications were submitted before 31.05.24, we have following options:

  • An interest rate of 1.69% + 6 months Euribor with a special condition of contract that, during periods when the 6 months Euribor is less than 2%, both the Bank and the Borrower will consider the 6 months Euribor rate to be equal to 2%

or

  • An interest rate of 2.5% + 6 months Euribor

Сontract processing fee – 0 EUR.

The initial annual percentage rate of a home loan is 5,78%  on the following (example) conditions:

  • the amount of loan of €66 000 is paid out immediately and in full
  • interest rate of 6 months Euribor + 1,69% per annum, in case of a negative value, 6 months’ Euribor 3,945% (with a special condition that, during periods when the 6 months Euribor is less than 2%, both the Bank and the Borrower will consider the 6 months Euribor rate to be equal to 2%. Euribor may change every 6 months)
  • contract fee of 0 EUR (for all new home loan agreements for which applications were submitted before 31.05.24) is paid upon conclusion of the agreement
  • the credit will be repaid as 240 monthly annuity payments over a period of 20 years

The initial annual percentage rate of a home loan is 6,64% on the following (example) conditions:

  • the amount of loan of €66 000 is paid out immediately and in full
  • interest rate of 6 months’ Euribor + 2,5% per annum, in case of a negative value, 6 months’ Euribor 3,945% (Euribor may change every 6 months)
  • contract fee of 0 EUR (for all new home loan agreements for which applications were submitted before 31.05.24) is paid upon conclusion of the agreement
  • the credit will be repaid as 240 monthly annuity payments over a period of 20 years

To obtain a loan, it is necessary to conclude a mortgage agreement and a collateral property insurance contract. The rate does not include costs associated with the establishing or insuring of collateral.

APPLY FOR A LOAN

Mortgage loan or a loan secured by real property is a flexible and convenient way to finance the purchase of a house, summer house, land, car, as well as other large acquisitions or investments. For all new mortgage loan agreements for which applications were submitted before 31.05.24, the interest rate is 4.5% + 6 months Euribor. Сontract processing fee – 0 EUR.

The initial annual percentage rate of a mortgage loan is 8,78% on the following (example) conditions:

  • the amount of loan of €50 000 is paid out immediately and in full
  • interest rate of 6 months’ Euribor + 4,5% per annum; 6 months’ Euribor 3.945% (Euribor may change every 6 months)
  • contract fee of 0 EUR (for all new mortgage loan agreements for which applications were submitted before 31.05.24) is paid upon conclusion of the agreement
  • the credit will be repaid as 96 monthly annuity payments over a period of 8 years

To obtain a loan, it is necessary to conclude a mortgage agreement and a collateral property insurance contract. The rate does not include costs associated with the establishing or insuring of collateral.
