We ask customers to take into account that due to international sanctions related to RF when making incoming and outgoing payments, there may be delays in making payments, funds may be blocked or frozen. In such cases of blocking, freezing funds or in cases of other restrictions TBB pank does not compensate clients for the associated losses.
