Customer support and processing of payments on public holidays

Regarding Christmas and New Year’s Eve, there will be changes in the working hours of TBB’s bank customer support and offices.

23.12.2021 – TBB Bank’s customer support and customer offices in Tallinn and Narva work from 9.00 till 14.00

24.12.2021 we are closed

31.12.2021 – TBB Bank’s customer support and customer offices in Tallinn and Narva work from 9.00 till 13.00

You can report the loss of your bank card by calling +372 668 8088.

Payments won’t be performed on 24.12.2021.

Incoming international payments received by the bank on 24.12.2021 will be credited to clients’ accounts on the next business day (27.12.2021).

Outgoing international payments, including urgent and express payments and SEPA payments, received by the bank on 24.12.2021, will be executed on the next settlement day (27.12.2021).

On 23.12.2021 and 31.12.2021, outgoing payments, including urgent and express payments and SEPA payments, received by the bank before 1 p.m. will be executed on the same settlement day. Payments received by the bank after 1 p.m. will be executed on the next settlement day. Incoming payments received by the bank before 2 p.m. will be credited to clients’ accounts on the same settlement day. Incoming payments received by the bank after 2 p.m. will be credited to clients’ accounts on the next settlement day.

Cashless currency conversion is performed:

– 23.12.2021 till 12:00
– 31.12.2021 till 12:00

1 January is a public holiday, payments won’t be processed.

Due to public holidays in Russia, conversion of Russian rouble (RUB) cannot be performed from 31.12.2021 to 09.01.2022.

Payments made in Russian rouble (RUB), Japanese yen (JPY), Danish krone (DKK) and Swiss franc (CHF) cannot be processed from 31.12.2021 to 09.01.2022.

Payments in US dollars (USD), if the beneficiary’s bank is serviced by Sberbank of Russia, cannot be transferred from 31.12.2021 to 09.01.2022.
