As previously announced, starting from 19.02.2024, TBB pank is discontinuing the provision of payment services (including card payments) to countries outside the European Economic Area and is also discontinuing providing cross-border payment services to non-resident legal entities, as well as to resident legal entities with at least one ultimate beneficial owner who is a non-resident. Payment services within Estonia for the clients of AS TBB pank are carried out as usual.
Please note that due to the necessity of applying due diligence measures, payment processing may take more than 14 calendar days. Therefore, the Bank does not guarantee that payments initiated by clients or their partners after 12.02.2024, will be processed before 19.02.2024. If the Bank does not process payments by 19.02.2024, they will be returned to the sender.
Please consider these deadlines and to expedite payment processing, provide relevant documents in advance (contracts, invoices, transport documents, etc.).
