The Payment Conditions of AS TBB pank will change

We would like to inform you that from 01.11.2023 the Payment Conditions of AS TBB pank will change.

The wording of clause 7.4 has been modified.

Old version: In the event that the Bank rejects the customer’s payment order on the instructions of the RTO, the Bank will not refund the fee charged for the execution of the payment transaction. The customer will not be charged a fee for cancelling the payment.

New version: In the event that the Bank rejects the Customer’s payment order as a result of the application of due diligence measures arising from the law, the Bank will not refund the fee charged for the execution of the payment transaction. The customer will not be charged a fee for cancelling the payment.
