From 1 January 2021, the regulation requires all EU Member States to allow bank card holders to carry out commercial transactions (e-commerce transactions) through strong authentication. The regulation is available on the website of the Financial Supervision Authority.

To avoid misunderstandings, we please customers who make purchases with MasterCard bank cards to enter into an agreement with the bank using 3D Secure Code strong authentication technology. It is possible to sign the contract in the internet bank or bank office. To visit the bank office, please book a time for visit in advance.
