The Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement of AS TBB pank will change

We would like to inform you that from 01.11.2024 (for business clients) and from 01.12.2024 (for private clients) the Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement of AS TBB pank will change.

Сlauses 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6, have been removed.

New Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement are available here.

If you agree with the changes, you don’t need to do anything else. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the existing agreement(s) concluded with the bank no later than Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement come into force. If you do not notify the bank of your wish to terminate the agreement, we will consider that you have agreed to the changes and as of 01.11.2024 (for business clients) and 01.12.2024 (for private clients), the new Terms and Conditions of Deposit Agreement will apply to the concluded agreement(s).
