LOANS FOR A PRIVATE PERSON

HOME LOAN

1. A home loan is designed for the building, purchasing or renovation of a property, intended for being used for accommodation.

2. Maximum loan term – 25 years.

3. When buying new accommodation, the bank finances up to 80% of the accommodation cost. With Kredex guarantee – up to 85%. In case of renovation of accommodation the bank finances up to 50% of investments.

4. A loan is repaid monthly according to the payment schedule.


The initial annual percentage rate of a home loan is 5,70% on the following (example) conditions:

• the amount of loan of €66 000 is paid out immediately and in full

• interest rate of 6 months' Euribor + 5,0% per annum (as at 18.11.2013 the 6-month Euribor rate was 0,319%; Euribor may change every 6 months),

• contract fee of €660 is paid upon conclusion of the agreement

• the credit will be repaid as monthly annuity payments over a period of 9 years

The rate does not include costs associated with the establishing or insuring of collateral.


The initial annual percentage rate of a home loan is 5,58% on the following (example) conditions:

• the amount of loan of €66 000 is paid out immediately and in full

• interest rate of 6 months' Euribor + 5,0% per annum (as at 18.11.2013 the 6-month Euribor rate was 0,319%; Euribor may change every 6 months),

• contract fee of € 660 is paid upon conclusion of the agreement

• the credit will be repaid as monthly annuity payments over a period of 20 years

The rate does not include costs associated with the establishing or insuring of collateral.

MORTGAGE LOAN

1. A mortgage loan is designed to give a customer an opportunity to secure/support his/her own long-term investment with available unencumbered real property.

2. A framework for giving a mortgage loan is an income-expenditure analysis of the customer. Where there is enough income, the offer will be analysed by a customer surety. Where there is sufficiency of surety, and its liquidity is accessible, the bank can give a mortgage loan to a customer.

3. Maximum loan term – 10 years.

4. Maximum financed/funded sum – up to 70% of the pledged assets cost.


The initial annual percentage rate of a mortgage loan is 6,79% on the following (example) conditions:

• the amount of loan of €38 000 is paid out immediately and in full

• interest rate of 6 months' Euribor + 6,0% per annum (as at 18.11.2013 the 6-month Euribor rate was 0,319%; Euribor may change every 6 months),

• contract fee of €380 is paid upon conclusion of the agreement

• the credit will be repaid as monthly annuity payments over a period of 8 years

The rate does not include costs associated with the establishing or insuring of collateral.

SMALL LOAN

1. A small loan is designed for financing consumer spending.

2. Loan term – up to 60 months.

3. Loan amount – 320-5000 ЕUR. The maximum loan amount should not exceed applicant’s double monthly net income.

4. Contract fee – 1,5%, min. 32 EUR.

5. Annual interest rate – from 15%.

6. A loan is issued without collaterals.

7. A loan is repaid monthly according to the payment schedule.

8. Minimum monthly net income – 280 EUR.


The initial annual percentage rate of a small loan is 16,92% per year on the following (example) conditions:

 

• the amount of loan of €2 000 is paid out immediately and in full

• interest rate 15% per annum

• contract fee of €32 is paid upon conclusion of the contract

• the loan will be repaid as monthly annuity payments over a period of 60 months

SMALL OVERDRAFT

1. Small overdraft enables individuals to manage their consumers expenditure effectively.

2. Loan term: up to 12 months.

3. Loan amount: 200 -6400 ЕUR.

4. Contract fee: 1%, min. 15 EUR.

5. Annual interest rate: from16%.

6. Premature repayment of loan: free of charge.

7. Minimum net monthly income: 280 EUR.

8. Overdraft maximum amount:

8.1. Bank's current client - 60% of the revenue amount received on the Bank`s account on a regular basis.

8.2. Bank`s new client - 40% of the revenue amount received on the account on a regular basis.


Small overdraft for the current client

The initial annual percentage rate of a small overdraft is 21,13% on the following (example) conditions:

• credit limit of 500 EUR, the limit will be used in full at the earliest opportunity,

• the annual interest 16% will be repaid monthly,

• contract fee of 15 EUR is paid upon conclusion of the agreement,

• the credit will be repaid in a year.


Small overdraft for a new client
The initial annual percentage rate of a small overdraft is 23,58% on the following (example) conditions:

• credit limit of 500 EUR, the limit will be used in full at the earliest opportunity,

• the annual interest 18% will be repaid monthly,

• contract fee of 15 EUR is paid upon conclusion of the agreement,

• the credit will be repaid in a year.
