According to Art.25 (2) of Guarantee Fund Act which came into force on August 1, 2002 deposits and interests as of the date on which deposits became unavailable shall be guaranteed and compensated to the extent of 100 per cent but not more than in the amount of EUR 100 000 per a depositor in a single credit institution.
